Anaerobic digestion of organic biosolids enables the reduction, stabilization, harmlessness and resource conservation of treatment, as well as the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The process can be used for anaerobic digestion of organic biosolids such as sewage sludge, kitchen waste and household waste.

In this context, mixing in the anaerobic digester is particularly important. We work exclusively with Hermann Träxler to provide optimal solutions for mixing systems in the digester.

The mixer can be operated forward and backward depending on the operational requirements, whereby the forward direction of rotation achieves the effect of scum comminution and the backward direction of rotation achieves the effect of defoaming.

              

The mixer with the corresponding draft tubes is available for volumes per digester from 600 to approx. 12,000 m³.
